project rainbow – activities – online course – VI lesson

“The 6th webinar was held by prof.Antonio Rotelli, an Italian lawyer and legislative drafter, has written numerous bills on LGBTI+ rights. As an activist, he co-founded «Avvocatura per i diritti LGBTI – Rete Lenford», a no profit organization of lawyers and jurists, and has led leading cases for the recognition of LGBTI+ people’s fundamental rights.”

Prof. Rotelli spoke to us about the recognition of gender identity, the rights of same-sex couples, in particular as regards same-sex parent families with children, and the laws to protect the community against discrimination in both countries.

It was really amazing and we really want to thank professor Rotelli.”
