Motivation

This project’s aim is to start a process of change, protect youngsters (in particular those between 12 and 17 years old) from homo-bi-transphobic bullying.

Our societies express a set of stereotypes, representations, emotional prejudices and behaviours aimed at determining processes of exclusion, condemnation, stigmatization, estrangement, denial and violence towards what does not conform to the cisgender and heterosexual models and stereotypes. Homo-bi-trans-phobia can take different forms such as:

  • offensive language (hate speech)
  • discriminatory behavior
  • violent behavior (hate crimes)
  • implicit and explicit devaluation of LGBT+ people
